New Group's Job Coming! - Designer!

Hello everyone,
Before we decide whom can work in our Designer Center! We will ask you to study our group's manga styles and Technics. (The lessons will be in this journal,... so you should favorite it now).

After you have learn our group's manga styles and Technics, you will be able to participate in our group's works quickly and with efficiency.

After we have a good number of designers in our group (I believe 32 is good)</i>, We will be able to do several works:
1- Tournament of Original Characters;
2- Commissions;
3- Manga stories with just 32 pages.
4- An interactive manga story dedicated to all member of our group.
(If we have more then 32 Designers in our groups... it is OK! Our group needs as much designers as possible!)

1st test: -> Faces and eyes.
Your home work is to redraw these drawings. You can either draw just these same drawings or Draw a full body male and female. 2nd test: -> Body pose.
Your home work is to redraw this drawing. You must draw this male character in this same pose. You don't need to draw his face, But if you want to draw his face you must use our group's face's style . 3rd test: -> Attack Combo Drawing!
Your home work is to draw a combo attack in 4 different  drawings. In each one of those 4 drawings their must be 2 characters (One making the combo the other receiving the combo).
You must submit your home work to this folder -> drawing-manga.deviantart.com/g… Your work title MUST start with the following - > "Home Work"! This will allow us to delete every work that doesn't belong to that folder.
We don't have drawing references for your 3rd homework because it must be drawn with creativity.
The 4 drawings must be related to the same fight combo. (An example image will be upload and feature just below):

This drawing is an example of what a combo is. You should create your own combo, in 4 moves/drawings. (You should use better drawing quality.)

Note: You can use the same style from these little skinny characters shown in the example to explain/show your original combo. No need higher drawing quality for your combo. The important thing here is the combo!!

3rd test: -> Write a small story within 100 ~ 200 words.
Your small story should be about 2 persons that are competing  to have access to a portal. That portal will be used to send the winner to a special planet.

4th test: -> draw a low quality "storyboard" about the  "Written story" you did in the "3rd test".

Your storyboard must have the same story about 2 persons competing  to have access to a portal. That portal will be used to send the winner to a special planet.

1. Use references for the poses of your characters. Example: da-qi.deviantart.com/favourite… (our group will have a folder dedicated to poses references).
2. When there is a character full body in a drawing, it is not necessary to draw the face with detail.
3. When there is a character that is drawn from the head to the waist you should draw the face with detail.
4. Each manga frame must be drawn separately in a single paper. So each paper must have a single manga drawing. This will allow us to edit and resize the drawing, for later implementation in manga pages and in manga videos.
5. And is doing this digitally allowed or does it have to be traditional? All is allowed but most of the work needs to be in back and white. (Only special parts will have color).
